In addition, his past executive positions include Chief Transition Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Transformation; President and CEO of a Canadian based IT consulting firm; and senior roles in the Canadian banking and wealth management industry.

      Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Ryerson University, a master’s degree in organization management from the University of Phoenix, and undergraduate certificates in accounting, finance and contemporary economics.       Pam Hackett - Regional President EMEA and Asia Pacific
      As Regional President, Pam provides executive oversight for our businesses across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Since joining Alexander Proudfoot in 1987, Pam has held various executive roles, including the global leadership of our People Solutions practice where she was responsible for the development of our change leadership capabilities. Pam is a recognized thought leader in behavioral change management and has led client engagements across multiple sectors in more than 35 countries worldwide.


      Duncan Manuel - Managing Director, UK and Ireland
      As Managing Director UK and Ireland, Duncan oversees all our client engagements in the United Kingdom. Duncan has 20 years’ consulting experience, predominantly focused on the design and delivery of results-orientated business transformation programs in the manufacturing, utilities and energy sectors. As a result of his work with both pure-play implementation consulting firms, and Systems Integrators, he passionately believes that the delivery of quantifiable outcomes should be at the core of all consulting engagements, with sustainability delivered through tangible behavior change.

He has also been a member of Proudfoot’s Senior Leadership Team for the past eight years, working within the Global Mining and Metals Practice to identify improvement potential and the implementation of solutions.

      As Director Strategy Natural Resources, Cay works with Alexander Proudfoot’s management team to develop and align practice capabilities with the needs of our mining, metals and energy clients. A geologist by trade, she has more than 20 years of mining, investment banking and consulting experience in exploration and project development; mining and process operations; and project finance and management consulting. Cay’s commodity and regional experience includes base metals, bauxite, coal, diamonds, gold, platinum group metals, silver and uranium. She also provides specialist support to clients that wish to improve ore resource management and grade control; linkages between long and short range production planning; and mine-to-mill communications. Her clients consist of top-tier global mining companies, as well as mid-tier and emerging producers from all over the world. Over the course of her career she has worked in Australia, Africa, the Americas and Southeast Asia.

      Thomas Port - Director of Asset and Maintenance Operations

      Earlier in his career, Tom had the privilege of working with some of North America’s most renowned maintenance experts, which helped him become the expert he is today. He holds several maintenance certifications, including physical asset management from the University of Toronto and total productive maintenance. Tom also contributed to the highly regarded book “Asset Management Excellence: Optimizing Equipment Life-Cycle Decisions” released in January 2011. Collapse
