    Objective: The Chief Executive Officer needed to achieve substantial cost reduction while economic trends were impacting the growth of his operations.

    Approach: Proudfoot enhanced existing processes to increase sales, capacity and throughput. The project also tackled costs, capital expenditure and overhead through new systems aimed at enabling management to make correct, accurate and timely decisions.  

    Results: Proudfoot helped the company to improve its business processes and systems to better achieve its objectives. The new processes and systems resulted in optimized resource utilization, reduced energy consumption and improved maintenance contractor utilization.

    Objective: The company had recently undertaken an initiative aimed at improving operational excellence and partnered with Proudfoot to ensure the new initiative implemented standardized transformation methodology in a fast and structured way.

    Approach: Proudfoot installed an awareness and execution mindset around the effectiveness of equipment and maintenance using best practices. A toolkit with related processes and management tools helped ensure the same approach could be applied to other sites.
     
    Results: Proudfoot helped the company increase throughput by optimizing usage of equipment and improving maintenance activities. Better management of internal and external resources reduced maintenance costs, and new proactive behavioral models ensured that employees were able to deliver ongoing improvements

    Objective: A company hoped to grow its operations. The executive team brought in Proudfoot to leverage opportunities for growth and enhance the company's position in the area.

    Approach: The Proudfoot team reviewed and analyzed current processes in the areas of procurement, facility management, human resources, IT and finance. Based on this review, the team created new procurement processes for transport and warehousing services and introduced automated procurement orders. Training sessions were conducted, focused on appropriate management behavior, systems utilization and interactive management skills.
